Supreme Kai and Kibito

I've dedicated this entry to the MSpaint comp to because the Supreme Kai's her fav DBZ character. This took ages to finish, about two weekends at least. Originally I had a different background, but the perspective wasn't working out like I'd planned, so I opted for mountains instead.

For the coloring, I used the cell shading method, then blended the colors into each other using the pencil tool. Also used the spray can tool for the trees on the nearest mountain
